I swear I have one laying around somewhere but I can't find it, and I don't know when/where I might have gotten it.

If I don't rectify it soon, the switch will break from moisture/dirt/**** ingress.
Does anyone know where this can be found? I tried google, ebay, amazon, and EPC... nothing shows up. I'm pulling my hair out, b/c I know I have one somewhere, and I can't find where to order one.
