S600 only cranking

Hey!
When my car gets warmer or achieves work temperature, then it stalls or only cranks when I want to start, no fault codes but ecu don't see engine speed then, can it be bad crank position sensor?

is there an engine code ? are you able to scan the vehicle? it is most likely the crank shaft position sensor. the code will be something along the lines of “Cam sensor L5/2 signal not recognized”

Mercedes
If it stalls and won’t restart when warm , then starts just fine when cold it’s your crank position sensor

yeah it’s most likely the crank shaft position sensor. lucky for you that part is pretty cheap and mercedes dealership should have it in stock.
