UK launch date for W221??
Hi,

I have a 2001 S430L and am keen to upgrade to the new model.

Does anyone know when it will be launched in the UK? I have read on 4car.co.uk that it is due autumn 2005. Also heard it might be launced 2006? Anyone got any info on this?

The car will be unveiled at September’s Frankfurt Motor Show, with UK cars arriving in "late 2005".

Does anyone know when the W221 should be available in the US?

Last I heard, 2006, around spring time. S65s coming to the US during this March I believe, so that should be a sight worth looking at!
