Pictures of my 2003 Upgrade and New Wheels

I switched to the full 2004 AMG 55 Body Kit and had my body shop cut my stock fenders to look like the Lorinser Fenders but now in metal. I like the Lorinser stuff, but I am not too keen on having fiberglass fenders. I then installed the new iForged 2005 collection with Trials on one side and Essen one on side. They are 20x9 with 3" lip in the front and 20x10 with 4" lip in the rear. I had the bodyshop modify my stock hood to fit the new 2005 grill, but have the 2003 hood ordered and waiting for it to come. Going to lower it this weekend and put the new front bumper pieces in. I had the bodyshop fill in the side light.

Great job w/ the body kit... How do you plan on lowering your car? Planning on doing the same but not sure which way to go.

Cyan 740i......

Am I reading this wrong or something? from the pic's you put up and what you wrote it sounds , and looks like you have put 2? different sets of wheels on opposite sides of your car? Please tell me I'm mistaken?
Besides that everything is looking good except that chopped hood, I've also done the 03'-up AMG, and new 03'-up hood swap.
Good to hear you have ordered the newer hood, it not only fits the grill, bumper correctly but it's also larger about 3/4" if you look closely at them together you'll notice the new hood is more aggressive looking, and has more height and curve to the top, I read that Mercedes had to make it bigger to fit the newer S600 bi-turbo engine, so they just made all the new models S430-on up w/the bigger diameter hood, it's a straight no hassle swap.
ps. I just got the new Bi-xenon's their incredible!
Only thing left is the mirror swap and Steve K. is going to have them for me in a couple months on his next visit I would just buy them from the Stealer but Steve says the new style housings wont fit our older style mirrors, we need the whole assembly including new mirrors and housings to make them work and fit correctly... keep us updated on the mods nice pic's I'll be taking some pic's after Steve does my mirrors

Yep I have two styles on each side. You can never see both sides of the car at once. Here are pictures of my other car with iForged Aeros on one side, and iForged Revs on the other side. It was on the cover of European Car this month March Issue

Both cars look very nice and have a very clean look to them. And the 911, all i got to say is .But that two different sets of rims thing, i just don't get it. I like the way both sets of rims look, why not choose one and stick with that and when u get bored switch to the other set.

No offense or anything, but when I think of two different sets of rims I imagine an 88 civic with 2foot wing with one set of ugly rims on the back and stock rims on the front, or different rims on different sides (Yeah I have actually seen that, and it didn't look good)

yup, that would be me! Good luck with your new car, I am also considering the Sclass (or CL) as a replacement for my GS (perhaps next year or so). I'd hate to give up the Lexus reliability, but I really love the W220 / W215!!

Nice kit on the S, where did you purchase it? I'm looking for one myself.
