S vs CL - front head/leg room - anyone owned both?

S vs CL - front head/leg room - anyone owned both?
I'm about 6'4 and long legs, and it really bothers me in the E that I cant stretch out enough to get comfortable, even with the seat all the way back. The pedals seem to be very far forward, as with cruise control, I can stretch out far beyond them, another 10" or so. Given that, I figured I might as well have a CL55 (I'm single) or S55 (looking at 03's) if it were more comfortable. Unfortunate, because I like the interior of the E so much, nicer than CL/S. And pano roof

Had '03 CL600,now S600,being 6'4",215lbs ,long legs also,was and am really comfortable in both cars,with room to spare.
