It's now standard on the '06 Bentleys, but you need an rsap compatible phone. I don't know of any in the US. My Motorola MPX220 works as far as answering calls, but the address book features don't seem to work at all. I'm hoping MB implements this a little better than the "bluetooth headset" replacement that everyone else seems to be selling.

Well I just tried it on my S500 and you tell the Comand module to search for Bluetooth devices, it says it accepts 12.
It recognized my nokia phone and prompted me to create an aproval code.
Nokia and MB S500 saw each other but the phone options did not come on, the car still said it had no phone installed.
After reading the manual it says it accepts phone by bluetooth but only for info card transfer ( for whoever this is usefull)
To use a Bluetooth phone you have to install the bluetooth cradle that is supposed to be out any day in Europe.
Hope this clears things..
