Antenna!!
I could not stand the double antenna on the new S class on display at MB Manhattan....one on the roof and one on the trunk

ugh!

According to the Mercedes gurus, after the initial "early" production run, the later models are supposed to have a "combined" antenna on the roof.

Thank god. Those two antenna look like a cheap add on!
Get the one off the trunk. They also need to integrate the sat radio into it, too.

Acctually, we dont have the xtra antenna on the truck here in Europe, i think its due to the Sat radio you use in the US....

The one on the trunk is supposedly the SAT radio antenna.

Antenna update
The 2nd antenna is for SAT and Tele-Aid - 2 things which the Europeans do not have. As of December production, the cars will have Tele-Aid integrated into the roof antenna leaving only a small flat square painted antenna if SAT is installed. Leter this year all will go into the roof antenna.

Man I hope so, that trunk fin looks like sh*t! I would not order SIRRUS if that thing had to be on the trunk.
