will wheels/rims from a cls or sl fit on the new s w/o modification (spaces). i'm assuming i would have to get larger tires. but, i'm more concerned about size and offset. i currently have aftermarket 20" rims on my cls. thinking about the new s.

They won't fit. The C219 CLS-Class and R230 SL-Class run a way lower offset than the V221 S-Class so the wheels will stick outside the fender-line.
