Just from seeing the street, the house is probably closer to 2 mil since I think he's in LA. Its a nice home, just not enough space for all those cars, especially 3 exotics of that nature!....where does he keep the beaters (RR,Caddy, etc)...and why did he need a gallardo when he has a Murci? I know of a guy who has both but he has a house that is just plain scary in comparision. Maybe the Murci lease is coming up

maybe he just likes cars.... there's probably no reason behind all that..

i know someone who has 2 S500 with different colors.... why doing that? I don't think there's any reason.

No I understand that he may be able to afford both with little or no concern. Its just that when I saw those pics I felt those cars where just a touch out of place compared to the norm. Have you ever seen cars like that shoved into a front access driveway of that nature? I mean I would not be unhappy with the situation at any cost with those beautiful whips around. However, usually with THOSE rides you see a palace of some sort in the background. Although I know a guy who actually has 2 residences in LA...one near the clubs where he keeps most of his exotic toys of that nature, which is only a condo...so who knows.

I certainly wish he's in CA, lives nearby (don't think so... never seen a CGT parked around here) and a very nice guy who's willing to let me drive one of his exotics
Yah...that'd be treynor. But its ok since we know him...and that his car was in Car and Driver...or was it something else?

I honestly didn't really expect to see a mortgage broker to get $2mill take-home profit (when interest rate is going down, yes, but not nowadays when interest rate seems pretty high compared to a year or two ago).

Yet... like I said, it's not impossible, especially if you have commercial clients who have hundreds of million dollar loans, which could give you couple mills in one shot.
my cousin makes $120k a year as a compliance officer for a mortgage firm. did the life insurance for her boss. he's paying $12k a month for $27M in life insurance broken up into Variable Universal Life and Term. told me things have been slow and he's not making as much as he used to, but we wound up proving $800k in income for last year. i'd like that to be a "slow" year for me!

Dude lives in Orange County. He says he has two CGT's.
I was behind him on my way to Crystal Cove.
