Well his plate doesnt say "AMG" its "AMGZUS" and it doesnt really mean that he is poser, as long as he doesnt badge it then its fine. Because it sounds like if you dont have an AMG then what you cant even say the word AMG?

Thanks, I had planned on waxing it and detailing it this past weekend (the weather was suppose to be sunny and 57*F on Saturday) so I could take some high resolution photos, but the weather did not pan out. Once I get a brak in the weather were I can sit back and take about four five hour to do some quality detailing, I'll take some new pictures and post them on the board.
Any luck on the search for the new wheels?

Hey all! I'm new to MBW and just wanted to post pictures of my 2012 MB S550. I purchased it for $65,000 (tax + fees included) out the door with 2,650 miles from a non-MB dealer in LA. The previous owner traded the S550 in for a Porsche 911 4S. Long story short the sales associate, who had no clue how to operate the vehicle, was new and agreed on price without checking with his manager. They tried to rescind the contract but that's a story for another day.
This is my first MB vehicle, and I was wondering since it's certified pre-owned and I've already logged 2K miles (ODO: ~4,900 miles) in the span of 2 months, is it prime for a service by a MB dealer (or trusted non dealer mechanic)? Any thoughts or tips would be much appreciated! I absolutely love driving it!

Maintenance schedule on a 2012 S550 is every 10k miles ( or once a year ). You can obtain a copy of the maintenance booklet at mbusa.com in the owners support section.
