Adjustments with Rear Seat Package?

The Rear Seat Package for the S550 gives the rear seat 8-way power adjustments, meaning four things that can be adjusted. Anyone know what these are?

The photos and descriptions in the brochure suggest:
1. Recline
2. Thigh support (fore-aft with bottom cushion without moving backrest?)
3. Lumbar (2-way)
4. Headrest

This would exclude a tilt adjustment unless MB didn't include lumbar in the count.

In comparison, the rear seat in the 7 appears to be 14-way:
1. Recline
2. Fore-aft or thigh support (not sure if fore-aft also changes amount of recline or extends the length of the cushion--anyone?)
3. Lumbar (4-way)
4. Headrest
5. Upper backrest recline
6. Tilt
Bonus: the most confusing seat controls in the business.
Rear seat memory, by chance?

So no one has a clue? Which adjustments have been included in the past with this option?

The controls for the rear multi-contour seats are as follow:

1 To select right rear passenger seat
2 Massage setting, gentle
3 Massage setting, vigorous
4 To adjust position of backrest curvature(lordosis)
5 Lumbar region support
6 Side bolster adjustment
7 To select left rear passenger seat
-

Buttons 1 and 7 are used to determine what side the controls are acting on;
2 buttons for massage, and the rest are used to control the seat position.

It seems that what you can control is:
* backrest curvature
* Lumbar support
* Side bolsters

Thanks for the response.

This confused me further, so I bit the bullet and called MB. Still not a guarantee of accuracy, and plenty of time on hold, but after telling the guy that "it only adjusts back and forth" couldn't be right he left for a few minutes and between us we came up with this:

1. Power headrests
2. Power recline
3. Power height
4. Power tilt
5. Power thigh support (cushion length)
6. Power 4-way lumbar (upper and lower)

He saw no mention of a massage feature or a side bolster adjustment. Wouldn't the latter require rear buckets rather than a bench?

If this and my info on BMW are accurate, the Mercedes has rear cushion height, and the BMW has upper backrest recline, so the two have an equal number of adjustments.

I do hope to confirm this with actual cars at some point.

I know this is old post, but did with rear seat package ever have massage for the rear seats? Many think the rear seat package "did", probably because it's so rare. It has heated/cooled and power rear seats, but massage?

I think it did for the S600 and S65

Looking at W221 this year
