I have a deposit down on a S550 4-matic. Any idea when they are going to produce them?

I have heard by Fall, in time for Winter. (It really is all uncertain as far as I know at this point, though...).

Does anyone know if all of the options will be available for the S550 4Matic at launch in winter such as the Sport package, P3, Active Body Control, and Folding Rear Seats or Ski sack. If there are delays on options for the rear wheel drive cars will the 4Matic be pushed back until Spring?
