S550 brochure says mocha black, mystic white(a metallic creamy white color with a sweet interior of porcelain leather with piano black wood trim) and graphite.

it looks almost off-white. with the black wood and black carpet it looks really hot. check out the brochure.

yes. I actually sat in one today at my local dealer. Absolutely beautiful car. I should have snapped a few pics

Which Designo model did you sit in? I asked my dealer, and he said that as of right now they have not heard any word on the designo S Classes. The white one in the brochure is gorgeous.

I think he is talking about the LE...it is the only Designo interior available right now.

Some of those color combinations are not available in the US per the brochure. Nothing wrong with that LE interior ak...badges or no badges...:-)

Correct. It was a LE. It was actually the first time I sat in the W221. If it wasn't for a lack of time, I would have taken the salesman up on his repeated offers for a test drive.

my buddy has the designo. it is graphite with a 3 color interior. it is gorgeous. he lives in ladera ranch. i have driven in it many times and it is to die for.

amg- take your camera on one of the many drives you go on. we need real pics of this interior. btw, your last post is worthless without pics. 3 color interior, no way... who cares where the guy lives?

what kind of pics do you want?

i am having lunch with him tomorrow . if he brings it i will take pics of what you would like to see. he has a few different cars and he doesnt always drive the new 550. he told me there is something going on at the mbz center in irvine on sunday he is attending.

i made the ladera ranch comment because several people on this board know him and met him at the big mbz meet in irvine. he was the guy with the b55 slk and the brabus ml500.

a few...
there might be other designo options out there but ours is
designo Graphite exterior
with a nice very light tan interior (maybe porcelain) that is only on the armrests, glovebox and middle consoles and of course the seats
with a dull, walnut color wood.

Looks very classy and I really like it since the carpets are black and it really sets off the interior/exterior/wood combination.

mbworld was running slow as dogmeat this morn.

no pix. he brought the slk b55. maybe next week i will get a few shots.
