HD out ranked satellite radio (SR) after consumer weighed a one time cost for HD of $150 against SR $12.95 a month subscription fee.

The S-Class indeed has an electronic stability program (ESP), a premium surround sound audio system (harman/kardon LOGIC 7), and SR (SIRIUS) however to the best of my knowledge MBUSA does not currently offer HD.

Yah, we just got a 750Li, and the HD sounds incredible. The radio quality is basically CD quality now!!

As far as I know, the first Benz to get HD radio is going to be the new C Class, W204. One of the Germans that was testing this equipment told me that.
