Yeah I know! That because the Holden Barina is no longer a rebadged Opel from Germany. Its not a rebadged Daewoo from Korea. What a shame...the new Opel "Corsa" as they call it, has just been revealed and it looks quite cool...for what could have been the next Barina.

If it's similar money, go for the Toyota or Honda over a rebadged Daewoo. Car & Driver did a comparison in that market segment and they liked the Honda Fit/Jazz more than the Yaris.

So yea its been a few days more than enough time to make a good photoshop so far none of us have seen a picture and I dont think the kid has come back on for a few days. So I think its safe to say we had another poser but this time his dad didn't apologize.(how rude)

i told you guys what the deal was, ill post a video whenever i have the time and resources to do so when im at my other house where the 06 range rover is ill take a video of all the cars and upload it onto you tube for you guys who dont believe me.... but i expect an apology from all of yous when you make yourselves look like a holes

Its under the maybach section this kid claimed to have bought a maybach and posted pictures but crazy as this sounds ClayJ found the pictures of the car for sale on a site and someone called the place that had it for sale and they said the car had not been sold. And later on his "dad" came on and said sorry for his son bragging about his dads. cars its quite funny.

Why dont you take pictures of the cars at your current house like I said 4 days ago and you have to to produce anything and like others have said we dont want crappy cell phone pictures get a real camera. It takes 10 mins to take pictures of cars in your garage and post them.

I'm getting reports that while the 1:18 scale models of the cars are ready, the scale model of the garage is about 2 days from being finished, and he's having problems with lighting - the hobby shop was closed monday and tuesday.

HAHAHA.. I kind of feel bad for the true S class owners having to have this thread in their section. I think we need a new section called the "Prove it" or "yet another poser" that we can move topics like this in until the person provide evidence of the cars they claim to own.

So far I am making a list of top 10 excuses for not posting pictures to prove you have stuff..

1. I dont have a camera yet I own 3 cars that cost over $50,000 each
2. The cars are at my other house and I dont have cars at the house I am at now.
3. I cant take pictures/video because I haven't had 10 mins in the past week.
4..... Help me fill in the rest lol

I'll be checking out the Speed 8 when it gets to Sydney and signing up to test drive Continental Fying Spur.

Ok when you post them I am sure you will showz us alll good and learn us a lesson. What is this day 5 or 6? No pictures of just a car at your current house how hard is it to go to your garage and snap a picture and add some BWM and Mercedes badges to your honda/toyota. In fact just PM me and send me the pictures and I will do the photoshop for you.

This is a valid excuse as it took me a LONG time to finally buy a digi cam. However, this kid claims that he already has one. So I'm not sure why it's taking so long to take a picture of something that he already has that's sitting in his driveway, ya know?

My first car was a beat up 1984 Jaguar XJS (got it after it was in a crash). It was a fun car...I had to jump start it almost every other day because the electrics were terrible.

I agree with everyone that says that kids who are just learning how to drive should not get cars that so many people only dream of getting.

I got my first decent car after getting a good job but before that I drove a 1998 Honda Accord. Great car...I still wish I had it. I would give it to my future child if I did.

Yeah a 07 S 600 isn't bad, but I got a 04 SL 500 for my 18th birthday. I think thats more fun at my age that an S class. My dad has an S Class

Ok your video still doesn't prove that you have a S600 seems to me that an S600 costs more than all 3 of your parents cars put together. I could get all by buddies cars and park them out in front of my house and claim they where mine. But not to insult you but your reflection looks to me as if you cant even drive yet. So far I have seen a not to special collection of cars in your parents garage.


Am I just being to hard on the kid? I just found it strange that being under 20 which he looks like he is 16 and getting an S600 which cost $140,000 vs his parents driving 3 cars that if sold wouldn't add up to $100 grand.

^^^ first of all i dont have a s600 yet.....2nd of all you dont have to believe the cars are mine but thats your choice, 3rd we paid a lot for the cars why do you keep sayin dumb stuff like if they are sold now they wouldnt equal 100k? ok so what? when i do get my s class whether it be a s65 s600 or ever a s550 ill post it.... and btw i never said these were my cars, and im 18 and i am legal to drive

yea thats a sweet ride dude....i couldve gotten a 07 sl class if i wanted but im more of a luxury sedan dude...plus i need room to hold the 4 girls in the car with me lol
