Well, MBUSA customers, I just got confirmation of the bad news. The factory installed RSE system will not be available for the 2008 W221 model year. As before, this info comes directly from an S-Class product manager in MBUSA HQ office, so I take it as extremely credible. I guess I'll be looking into aftermarket systems and contacting CustomInstaller about the ones shown in this thread.

What is the cost to have this added to a 2007 S550? Please let me know. Is it a pkg. I can purchase from you and have someone install for me down here? I'm in South Florida.
