So pretty, but clearly not an everyday S-Class IMO.

Talking More Mystic White Customization Options

We are more fortunate here as there are no restriction on packages and thus we can mix and match S-Class colors and options. Therefore, I chose Mystic White for exterior and standard Sahara for interior with Burlwood option. Personally, I perfer wood accent over piano black plastic look, call me traditional or old but OHHH I love this traditional luxury Burlwood look and feel.

No matter how you go with the S-class it will always be the right thing.

Few interior pictures attached below if interested although they are not a match for the beautiful Designo interior pictures above. Please look at my profile picture to see the car matching Designo exterior color.

Enjoy summer vacation.

It changes from sunrise to mid day to noon. It shines at sunset and it is an absolute fantasy at night. That is all I can say. See profile picture taken at sunrise.

I like that!! The Sahara leather softens up the interior a bit and I like the Burl wood as well. You guys are so lucky you can mix and match the options.

Talking Mix n Match Details

Believe it or not for the 2007 model they have added the option to choose even the color of the thread on the dashboard to match your exterior color for instance. I remember when I was ordering my car, it took me almost an hour and a half to go through all the options and submit what I wanted. Shopping for an S-class is like going to a tailer now!

Not sure I have seen the selector knob on the console in the back seat. What is that for?

This knob is exactly the same as the front one but it is used to control the menu on the two LCDs at the back of each chair headrest. It comes as part of the entertainment package which includes two LCD screens, rear center DVD player, and two supplied headphones.

Thanks. I didn't mean to wake you up in the middle of the night. My apologies. Not sure if the RSE is available here in the USA.

If I may ask one more question, would you explain the buttons on the rear console in front of the knob? And which option do they come with? I saw an S600 at a local dealership and it had the buttons. I went back later and asked a salesperson what option they came with. They did not have the 600, but they had an S65 without all the buttons. They were completely lost in space. They were a bunch of total retards and knew absolutely nothing. I am thinking the buttons come with the drive dynamic seats in the rear. The people at the dealership weren't even aware that there was such a thing. Baffoons.

The limit to your questions is the sky so there is no problem at all it is a pleasure. My time is GMT +3 and is still early 8:00 PM here.

I know exatly what you are talking about. I used to teach them instead which is a shame really for any Mercedes dealer. These buttons are used for electrical massage feature provided in the rear seats and each button refers to a different type of motion. I had my car with all the options available except for the rear massage (not too many people sit at the back), back seat center fridge (to avoid water leaking, sound and sometimes smell and besides I never used it in my older cars), and finally back seats memory buttons (no one ever changes them or sit!).

Good. That row of buttons on the front edge of the rear console look like they would come with the drive dynamic seats in the rear. Am I correct? Thanks.

Actually I believe that U.S. based S-Class cars are better equipped and they are more optimized for safety (bumper, additional light signals, etc), advanced communications (digital tuners, satellite based rescue, etc), and facilities/features (Satellite radios, garage opener, etc). The only drawback is when it comes to choosing exactly what you want where they restrict you for instance to basic trim color choices and/or only certain combo designo packages which you can't change even if you are willing to pay for it.

We definitely have satellite radio and I like that a lot. I would like to be able to design the interior without being restricted to package contents.

I am offering them free DVD audio/video with even headphones to keep them totally isolated from me. If they want massaging as well then they got to pay for it :-) I believe the option price was around $ 1,400. I saved it for extra Burlwood into the cabin.

Red face

I agree with you. I always say if I am already spending that much money on the exterior of the car to please others why don't I pay more for the interior and please myself first since I am the one driving it. The new S-class has no customization limit if permited.
