lol - i guess u can...umm... take the key?
just messin. i dont think there is a way to do that unless u do somethin with the fuse or computer.

but - is it that annoying that you would want to disable it? what if u forget the key?

The key's always in the pocket, so that's not an issue, but the beeping is...
