what color is this?
I came across this picture in another forum and was wondering what color it is...
it looks like the chardonnay pearl from lexus. but I really like the color combination since it works with the interior trim, I checked on the MBUSA website but could not find this exterior color.

plenty of Mercedes taxis in europe, especially in Paris where every other taxi is an E-class or BMW 5, I've also seen ML class taxis as well as a few S-class ones, althought the ones I saw were black, not the "taxi" colour.

Its only german taxis that use that color. Not all here in Europe. All of the taxies in Norway (mostly bmw's, merc. and volvos) are all kinds of colors. In my local town there are over 200 taxies I think. About 80 of them are e-classes (211), 2 or 3 are s-classes (220). I always request a s-class when I order a taxi, esepecially when im drunk! But I always get a e-class or something. The s'es are 320 or 500 petrol and the e's are 200 / 220 or 270 cdi.
