Launge Package ??
Can anyone tell me what the Launge package is ?
I'm considering buying this 07 S550 with 6K miles that has the "Launge Package".
Can anyone provide any info on this ??. I was told the car ran for about 110K new.

LAUNCH* package. Comes with Designo Paint, and most of the goodie extras, and I beleive special wheels. It was also a limited edition production

It has the Panarama roof, night vision, I'm sure it has more stuff than this ?

I didn't fully decide on the CLS yet. I own a detailing place on OH, quite frequently I get these customers looking to offload their cars.
Thats how I bought the S500. Now I have one that really wants to get rid of this S550. Told him I will think about it.
I would only buy, if I know I can sell it and make some $$ on it.

The S550 has the pano roof in the Launch Edition, the S550 4Matic Launch Ed does not. Here's the full contents of the Launch Edition, so far as I know:

Anyhoo... the Launch Edition was introduced (as the name suggests) when the S550 first came to market. It's a limited-run model, like I noted before, and they were all sold mono-spec; you got the S550, the contents of the Launch Edition package, and that's it. M-B has done this with the '05 SLK, the '06 CLS, and the '07 S-Class, along with a Premier Edition of the GL-Class that is essentially the same thing.
