Are these completed? The welds look horrible...... The tubes seem to be tacked in place but not completely welded

they don't look completed. looks like the welds are there just to keep the tubes in place.

This is a sneak preview of the headers for the S550; as these are pre production pictures.

I will post the completed pictures once RENNtech releases the pictures to me.
