Nav retrofit
I am planning to retrofit Nav onto my 2006 S500 (W221). However the only dealer in the city (Hong Kong) is pretty clueless about this - this is a very small place and hardly anyone orders Nav let alone as a retrofit. I will need it because I will be driving it across the border.
The preliminary quote from the dealer was about HK$25,000 (USD 3200) which is what they charge for it factory installed + labor by the hour however long it takes.
Anyone know how this is done? (the Service Manager has no idea)
I assume it is just software since physically I do not see anything different from my vehicle to those with nav.
