Just traded in an M6 for an S550 few days ago, and i gotta say.. the S550 is gorgeous. Its Obsidian Black/ Designo Porcelain. This is the first of this interior color in Canada
The options are:

Rear View Camera
Panorama Sunroof
Driving Dynamic Front Seats

didn't like SMG.. it's cool and can be fast, but it's too harsh for everyday driving in downtown.

I guess it depends on what you want in a car. M6 is way more sporty and S-class is way more luxury. I think I would get bored with the S-class in about 5 minutes.. but that's just me

Well in fact i only had to pay 25000 CND extra for the trade in, so we're not as rich as u thought.
And yea, its not as sporty as the M6, but i dont go to any autoX (and 500hp is useless in autoX really..) nor do i do street race, so i'm quite happy with the trade. Plus if i want some speed, C55 is enough for normal street use already isnt it

better late than never.....although i like the m6, i wouldnt buy one. And the SMG is definitley an "acquired" taste.....ok...i hate SMG. Street racing is so dumb anyway. Get yourself a Cobra kit car or a Mosler if you want to go fast.

Exactly, thats why i found the M6 useless with me. Plus it draws so much attention, don't really like that. The M6 better off with other owners, and I'm happy with the MBs so far.

Very nice interior! Is that the piano black wood or just dark ash? Love to check out your car in person, I have a similar interior in my BMW Individual 750Li as I couldn't resist the creamy leather and black carpet.

How much extra was Designo?

Congratulations, smart move to get rid of the M6 if you ask me. C55 more pleasant for Vancouver driving, and that burgundy colour..

You will certainly notice the difference in power though. But the power sacrifice will be more than compensated by the superior ride of the S

In fact I drive with P400 on M6 most of the time- that is, the 400hp mode, so there's really not much of power difference.

To W210:
The designo interior it costs 5400 CND.. thats quite expensive but the color is really amazing. It looks even better in person than in photo.
