GPS Mal Function

My GPS System is not working since the car was new. The MB technician install several time various CD but the system never works. Please help me. I would like the system running ASAP.

You could provide more details. Do you mean you don't get GPS fix or is it an issue with loading map data? Map data comes on a DVD, was it a service CD they used? Did they read fault codes? It should not be difficult at all for a dealer who has some clue on the car.

Sounds like a clueless technician is the problem.
