w220 wheels on a w221

Does the w220 and w221 have the same lug pattern and offset?

W221 wheels will work on a W220, so I'm assuming yes. Should double check to make sure though.

I believe just about all MBs have the same lug pattern and even the centre boring. W220 and W221 would both have 14 mm bolt size too (which does vary over different models).

The wheel offset is the issue you would have to be sure about. If not the same, then often the wheel only fits from one car to the other, not the reverse (it isn't good even in the case it fits if the offset is very different).
