Quick Distronic Question

I don't use distronic very frequently. Yesterday, it was a bad stop'n'go traffic and I tried to use my distronic. I noticed that when distronic brought my car to a complete 'stop', that it just de-activated. Shouldn't is resume after a stop when the car ahead of you moves?

It didn't deactivate when you came to a stop , it just goes into hold.

I did tap on the accelerator and did pull back on the cruise as well, still nothing happened. From a complete stop, I had to start manually and had to re-activitate the distronic. I will try it again.

if you touch the brake while the car is stopped it will turn off the distronic. mine works fine too. once the car starts moving in front of you, just tap the accellerator.

s350 benz

my s350 sel lately its show the DISTRONIC PLUS INOPERATIVE

and all the setting is correct and does any one face this problem i even bring my car to the workshop and they cannot find out what is the problem
