How do I program the phone number pad to one touch speed dial my favorites and voice

mail? When I keep the voicemail button/1 pressed or any other number to speed dial it says no numbers stored. Checked the manual and it is not helpful at all.
On our car, the keypad speed dial copies whatever is programmed on the handset. Is your handset programmed with VM in speed dial 1?
