Sure. But do you mean the W221 car or one of those you have?
Are you sure you want to do it yourself?
It has also been posted before but I could not find it with a quick search, perhaps you are more lucky?

Maintenance service indicator
I need to update my personal info.
No E500 anymore. Way too many problems.
2007 S550 now. I thought I saw the
instructions somewhere also. I'll keep
searching.

I did a quick check in my manual and no instructions were found on how to do this yourself. On page 548 of the 2007 S600 manual, I thought I was about to read such instructions but it keeps referring the customer back to the dealership for this step. I googled it and only found a $45 device being sold that allows the owner to plug and play into a port to remove the service reminder. I have no experience with this device but it appears legit. Try at your own risk because it also resets the airbag warning light.
Sorry to be of no help but I tried to find it myself with no luck.

- select assyst plus workshop and acknowledge with OK.
- deal with service items,

Diesel Benz,
Thanks for the instructions. Worked perfectly.
I only change the oil and filter. The dealer does the
rest. Makes me feel that I still can do some of the
service on these techno-rides.
