are the cars similar on the outside? I realized I cannot justify and s65, so I am looking at an s600 or s63....

The wheels are the only obvious difference, but if the 63 doesn't have distronic plus, then the grille is different also.

'09 S65 has 030 wheels std; exhaust tips of 65 are different vs 63...65 incls Pano roof and DistPlus as std, unlike 63...
If using car as largely a straight-line commuter car, would strongly prefer 600 over 63....much more impressive tq....and far more elegant interior (fine-grained leather throughout) in 600...

As mentioned, the S65 includes the AMG performance package as standard which has forged wheels, top speed limited to 186 mph and CF interior trim. Also, the rear pipes are slightly different. Good luck.

s63 over s600 anyday, s63 is the best looking s, and the sound is just sick , while s600 has a better interior , but s63 is more fun to drive and for me it wouldn't matter if s600 is faster because it's way too quiet , and s600 is like more old's men while s63 is HOT HOT HOT

The s600, as WSH pointed out earlier, does have a far more elegant interior. The s600 does have standard eqp, which is OPTIONAL in the s63. s 600. Nice car, no doubt, Great car. I got S63 with all the options plus designo addition. Drives better then S600, and interior is nicer. Powerwise they are very close, but I feel that 63 is a sports sedan and 600 is a fast touring sedan.Originally Posted by Mrkhan347
