...Sonny you probably see it all the time in Toronto cause every rear wheel s550 with the amg package ive seen here has the badge.. but you can always tell when ppl go overboard by putting the 4matic annnnnd the amg...id really like to see ur designo 550 btw, never seen one in person

Weird..i have s550 4matic with amg package..Didn't go "overboard" and get the AMG package..that would be ridiculous..Even without having the 4matic badge, adding the amg without actually being AMG is

Ya they do, it is called the AMG Sport Package. For some odd reason once you get this upgrade it includes the AMG Monogram in the back.
At least in Vancouver it does.

They do it in Montreal, Toronto and Ottawa as well. So i'm going with they do. But i think you can request not to have it or something.
The photo, you can't really see it (rims) well, i think it may not look as bad as we think, but 22" seems a bit too big, but that's just me. But it does look nice from that photo.

I appreciate your concern, I dont feel threatened by your remarks, nor
do I care to waste my time trying to rationalize with with people with
poor taste.
As I said before, its ok you dont like the wheels, i wont
loose any sleep over it. If no one wants to pay for them I will just throw them out and buy the other set. I dont need the 2500.00. Ya feel me??
This whole car is gone once the 2010's come out with mid-cycle refreshed
front end next summer anyway.
I bought the 550 thinking a 5.5 0-60 would be fast enough. So after driving it so hard I went through a set of Pirelli Pzero Neros in 5000 miles I found out that I really wanted to go faster and drive harder since it handles as good as it does. By that time it already had the cosmetic mods and I figured might as well finish it off with 60hp. It does a 5.0 0-60 its fine for now, its only .4 tenths slower than a 63

In all seriousness, I do feel your pain ... Personally, I would have buried them in the back-yard and be done with them.
