Did my 22s messed up my suspension?

I had 22in rims on my 08 s550 for about a year now till i had gotten a flat. I then had putten my factory rims back on and now my factory rims rides rougher then before. Before i had 22s installed on my s550 the stock rims would ride really smooth. The factory rims only ride a little better then my 22s but before i had 22s on it would ride a whole lot better. Had my 22s messed up my suspension? Anyone else had this problem with your big rims messing up the suspension?

Or could it be that my stock rims dont have any tire pressore sensor on, that is making the car rides rough?

Have you had your stock wheels balanced since you took the pressure sensors off? That could affect the balance.

The tires arnt wobbling at all, the cars just rides rougher, i could still feel all the bumps on the road with the factory rims. Before i could barley feel them before the 22s were installed. The guys at the shop said it doesnt need to be balance if the back seal hadnt broke. They balance 2 of them cause the weights feel off.

I once puttened 21s on my beaotch S550 but then she didn't likened it so I tookened them outened and now she rides might fine.

Really.

Now as far as your car, there is a possibility that your 22s messend up the suspension, so it's best you takes your car to the dealership and have them look under her.

How could it mess up the air ride suspension? I think the s550 got some kind of suspension adaptation, i had the 22s putten on when my car only had 600 miles on it and it prob adapted to the 22s. Anyone think so? If i take it to the dealer should i tell them that i had 22s on it? They probably would blam it on me and wouldnt fix it. But they also would ask what happened to the tpms.

if your tires were sitting for a year i would recommend to get the tire pressure to specs after you have them re balanced...if your car rides smooth with 22's it should ride smooth with the stocks. its not the car its the wheels.

My car never had ridden smooth with the 22s, it roughen up the ride so much that i think it could had messed up the suspension. Before the 22s were on the car felt like a rolls royce with the factory rims, now after the 22s the car fells like a honda.

Naw, i called the dealership and they said its all got to do with the computer. The computer had gotten used to the 22s and prob had stiffen up the air ride suspension and now the computer needs to be reprogramed.

Where are you located?

I had 22s on my 550 for a while and I was low, though I had ABC, airmatic should be smoother imo.
