Thanks, I wanted to keep it sporty looking and try not to make it look ghetto or blingy. Once I lower it I should get the result that I'm looking for.

Can I ask why you would want to add spacers to the rear?
Aggressive offset = rubbing even if you kept it at stock height with 295's...(that's my experience)

That all depends on the size of of spacer you use, I have more than a half an inch to spare between the front surface of the tire and the inter surface of the fender. So I'm not worried about the possibility of rubbing since I'm planning on using either a 5 to 7mm spacer. These aren't my first set of 22" wheels, just the first set for the Benz. Anything I do to the car is well planned out so it wont be any problems. I'll keep you guys updated and post some pictures once its done.
