Definitely NOT my cup of tea.
I have coupe of Russian friends, almost all are show-offs (in a good way). They tranlated the licence plate for me. Word for word - "not dicky", loose translation - "fan-fuc*in-tastic".
This guy has *****, especially driving in Russian community.
Again... to each it's own.

Yeah.. I'm Russian and I know what you're talking about as far as "show-offs"... I was told about some parties back in the Motherland- swimming pools were drained and filled with champagne.
