Any advice on where I should be on a loaded ($107K Sticker) S550?

Isn't 14k off a bit conservative considering the FL along with the new features? I'm sure by late July/early Aug it would be in the 20's (like they were last year around midsummer)

Probably so , and with the 2010 refresh around the bend, you might be right. Maybe start at $88K ??
