BT problem
Hi everyone,
I've paired my phone to W221's BT unit. After that, I go to phone and COMMAND says activating, then it says phone is off, weird.
I tried numerous phones, but i got the same result.
Does anyone know what might be the problem?

Do you have the BT cradle in the center armrest? This is what you have to pair the phone with. The BT system in the COMAND unit is only for downloading contacts to the COMAND address book. Yes, it's confusing but works perfectly if you have the BT cradle. If there is no cradle in the center armrest, then hand-free-calling via BT is not possible. Check you manual for further details.
