No, not an employee! Wife and I were Teleaid users and switched to Mbrace. We were in a serious accident and thinking our service was active with mbrace, we were left alone in the accident because no one ever came online to assist us. When I was well and called, I was told that there was a delay in getting my service activated. I purchased another Mercedes Benz and demanded activation with Teleaid, it was reconnected and tested the very same day.

Take a look - you will have a good laugh. My favorite part was when Soveriegn Motors (Brooklyn's only MB Dealer) had no idea what the hell I was talking about when referring to MBRACE.
They are a bunch of thieves And idiots in Brooklyn!!!! Smh they will never get any of my business! They set their prices way to high and then try o screw you more and more
