The dealer, also not such thing as "kit". You would be researching and buying individual parts. Headlight and foglight conversion would be problematic - I think you need a new front SAM. Rear lights are easier, but rear SAM is required.
Budget around for parts & labor $10k+ for front bumper, grills, rear bumper, rear valance, headlights, foglights, rear lights, SAMs, SCN coding.
You can also go aftermarket, but it will be crappy fiberglass parts that don't fit cleanly.
