rear headrests

Hi,

i am having trouble with the two rear seat headrests in my 221...
they are in the upright position and will not lower when i press the buttons in the rear (i have the rear seat package) and they also do not respond to the button in the front. all other seat movements in the rear respond except the headrests.

can anyone offer any solutions to this problem.. or do i have to take the car to the dealer..

thanks

Strange, the headrests are controlled via the same control unit as the rest of the rear seat. Looks like the control unit has two different fuses though, have you checked those?

If both are OK, you might try a reset by pulling both off for a few minutes.

try pressing and holding. if this does not work, take it to the dealer
