2010 S550 COMAND question

I have not tried a 2010 but at least writing text messages must be disabled at all regions. Some regions do not allow entering Navi address except via voice control. Could be more.

Anyone knows how or had experience with unlocking DVD option while in motion. I know it can be done, just haven't found how.
Since we on the subject, can anyone avise how to get TV tuner for the rear seat entertainment system - FOR 2010 S550.
And by the way, NOW for $700 more you can get split screen system and your passanger will be able to watch DVD, while you will see NAV screen or something else. I wish I could order this 6 month ago.
