The plexiglass cover isn't available alone because there can be issues with people not sealing the light correctly and causing more issues. Depending how bad the scratch is and how deep it is, it might be possible to sand down the light and re-polish the plexiglass - but you would be removing the stock plastic/UV protection and I don't know if aftermarket solutions are that good:

Your best bet might be filing a comprehensive claim and having your insurance replace the entire headlight, this isn't a warranty item I would think.

Hey everyone. Some random person at my work gave me a big chip on the cover of my headlight right down the middle. It is really noticeable and probably happened because I didn't give them a raise. 
Does anyone know if warranty will cover it if I tell them anything?? Should I tell them a rock hit my car on the freeway? I just want the cover replaced, not the whole headlight assembly.
