I have not been able to get the MBRACE search and send working from google maps since I switched over from TeleAid. Anyone else gotten it to work? When I try to send a destination via Google Maps, I get the following error..

"Sorry, we were unable to send this message at this time. Please visit the help page"

I have called MBRACE many times, and they have been unable to resolve the issue.

Exact same problem here. I'd complain but I got mbrace lifetime for free.

WHY?

Because they kept screwing up the transfer to the $299 lifetime plan and I had to go back to my dealer 4 times to get it straightened out for both cars (2008 S550 and 2005 SL500). They dealer called MBUSA and got them to authorize giving it to me for free.

I just tried it from Google maps, it worked

Not for me on either mbrace account.
