I have a OEM bluetooth adapter PN#B67875878 for sale. It came from 2007 S550 4matic. you can check it on www.wireless4mb.com . I am asking $130 plus $7 shipping with USPS.

It should work with the new iPhone w/o problems. All 3G and up iPhones will be able to convert to the new 4.0 OS, so if it doesn't work neither will any updated old iPhone...
