correct bluetooth adapter part #?
will this part #(Bluetooth Adapter Module B67875839) work on 2007 S550? I plan to use it with the upcoming iphone 4

Yes it will work, I saw that you asked about the iphone4 which this will not support out of the box. Get 6-7-87-6131 for the most compatibility from what I understand the iphone4 is not even out though, so I doubt anyone will know unless the guy that found one in a bar hooked it up to his MB.

I have the 839 puck in my 07 S550 and it works perfectly with iPhone 3.1.3 OS. I don't see why Apple would put out a new software package (4.0) that would eliminate the compatibility with existing BT pucks...

Not to discredit what you are saying, but I have had many people have issues with the 5839 puck with the iphone including myself.
