thoughts on this one... based on current prices

so.. I'm 2/3rds into the process of buying an '08 E63 and my wife is giving me the evil eye and the "what do you need that much horsepower for", so I'm hedging my bet a little with also taking a look at the '08 S550. I haven't been able to find low mileage '08's under $55K, especially with the AMG pkg. I saw this one.. but it's in chicago and I have a trade. I don't suppose dealers do swaps on CPO?...
anyway.. what are your thoughts on the one in the link above.. pricing ok or could find cheaper?
