Credit Union Car Financing

I am curious to know, if it’s possible to get a purchase order from Manheim auto auction if you plan to finance the vehicle through a credit union? Does Manheim require a down-payment or a fee to hold onto the vehicle till your loan is fully approved?

Does anyone have an idea on how exactly this works if at all?

The process works like this.
You go to the auction with a dealer. He's buying a car using your money.
After that he "sells" you the car. After you get a title - you may go to any bank and get a loan. You can be pre-approved, but you still need full price money plus auction fee at auction at the time of sale.

Good Luck.
