Interested in a s320 cdi, it is 2007 black has the amg front and back bumpers, pan roof, keyless go etcc... It has done 170k miles how much is it worth and also is there any problems that i should look out for or be aware of

That high mileage sounds scary. I'm guessing you're interested because it's cheap at the price. You'll be paying for it big time when the repairs start happening.
If it's all about the price, I'd forget it. Ante up and get an S with an ext'd warranty.

O__O; 170k miles. Thats very iffy...

You can be looking at anything from alignment issues to replacing engine mounts.
Personally, I find Mercedes requires a lot of maintenance esp older ones.

I would suggest you take it to your local dealership and get it checked before you purchase it.

its a benz its built to last.. they use the S320CDI for taxis here in Denmark and one from my gym has one also.. his has done over 300.000km without any problems just wear and tear parts has been replaced

Of course Mercedes are built to do high mileage. However, they're still cars and anything can go wrong. It's just a lot more likely as the mileage increases. I hate to think of all the things I repaired in all my Mercedes over the years and what the repairs would have cost if there was no warranty. And all of this in cars with low mileage... buyer beware
