Audio Stopped
Now, I cannot use my bluetooth or listen to the radio. When I go to the radio option, it has the background image of the radio screen but no stations(numbers) show up.
I can use the bluetooth because the phone and everything is working but there is no sound so I cannot hear.
Basically no sound at all. I went into MB last week and the tech spent 3hrs trying to figure it out...changed battery, no luck.
Do you know if it's a tuner, amp or commad issue? The tech said it could be any one of the three. Anyone had this issue before?
What are the costs of the above? I can imagine it's steep. Please advise.
If so what was the issue
Thanks

Symptoms sound like mine in regards to sound and display when I forgot to plug back in when re-assembling trunk.
Doesn't make since why everything else can't work while Sirius tuner is disconnected as you would think it's optional.
Good Luck.
Fixed the issue and have had no problems since but having a weak battery could have caused it to go prematurely.
