About to replace My tires With...

Does anyone got those on the s550

http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....TSXL&tab=Sizes

Bridgestone Turanza Serenity got some good reviews.
and i live in LA so no snow here!
i just want to know how they ride with a heavy car like the s550.

i am open to other suggestions as well.

P.S
i got my CPO 2007 s550 just over a year ago, i did about 25k miles on it, i am still in the CPO warranty the tires were replaced to new contipro, they should still be under warranty and they already about to die,
Any chance for some rebate or something like that from the dealer?

Can you give us a little more information?
Your Driving style?
Performance/Comfort/Both?
How big are your rims?

not into racing, so quiet & comfort with confidence that the tire will do it's job in case i do need some extra grip.

and the size that i am looking at is 255/45/18"
same size front & back

Im riding on 255/30/21 front and 285/30/21 on Michellin's SP2s, these are my 2nd sets and they are great. Even with low profile tires, noise is still minimum. Ive also tired PZeros and they were quite good, but I find SP2s more day to day. I assure you that grip will not be a problem [: keep in mind that these tires have stiffer side walls, but in the roads of LA im sure they will be fine.

Thanks for the input but since it is low profile and different size rim.
i would like to get some input that will be more relevant to my situation.

as far as i (think) know same tire with different profile can handle completely different.

Had these on an EClass with 17" rims and was very happy with them. Quiet, smooth ride, decent in the rain, treadlife was good. Know you are looking for an S-Class reference but thought I'd offer up what I had.

Yes I'm on my second set of Falken's, last set 20,000 miles on the rears and 21,000 on the fronts, 20" AMG's. Recommended.

Great tire used them (DWS) on my 2002 S for years in NorCal, from what I have read the DW is rated even higher. Don't hesitate on these.

Yes they are great, i only got them for a few days but still...
Today i was from Malibu to the valley (mountain roads) and the ride was amazing, i didn't know that i will gain so much ride quality just by replacing those stupid conti pro contact that came with the car.

I'm not sure if they are quieter though, i think they are about the same as far as noise, but everything else is

So i got a chance to test those in the rain as well and they are super!
I think those tires are amazing and for that price they are a steal.

They do have some flat spots after a day or more of just sitting in the garage but i guess it's because they are new and it will go away after couple of miles.

I give them 9/10, 9 just because i am not convinced that they are quieter then other tires.
