Just picked up my new 2007 S550 AMG 4Matic

My sunroof and sunshade are one touch open but I have to hold it for them to close?
Is this correct or are the supposed to open and close one touch?

also, I have to hold the button the entire time to open or close the rear pano roof ? is it not one touch either?

Supose to be one toutch open and close!!
