pls give me advise, I have a s550,there is trouble sound in engine,mechanical sound,I didn't dare to run the ca due to being engine broken. I tried to open cylinder head but can't see nothing special.I hear the sound clearly on the top of cylinder head. I think there is wrong in valve system or hydraulic element. But when opening,checking but nothing wrong.

I hve difficulty in remove and install engine. Pls help me to remove,give me instrustion to repair
